Abhinav Iyer has been elevated to the role of Chief General Manager – Marketing & Strategy at The Muthoot Group, marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its brand, growth, and strategic initiatives.

In this role, Abhinav will lead marketing and strategic planning functions, focusing on brand growth, customer engagement, business expansion, and data-driven market strategies to support the group’s long-term vision.

Abhinav brings over 15 years of experience across marketing, business strategy, transformation, and international business leadership. He has been associated with The Muthoot Group for over 12 years, most recently serving as Head of Marketing, Strategy & Joint MD’s Office.

Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles within the organization including General Manager – Marketing & Strategy, Assistant General Manager – Strategy & Executive Assistant to Chairman, and Senior Chief Manager & Business Transformation Leader – Marketing & Strategy, contributing significantly to brand positioning, business transformation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining The Muthoot Group, he worked as Account Director – International Business at Here and Now 365 - Multicultural Marketing in London and earlier spent over 6 years with Bank of Baroda across roles including Marketing Manager – UK Operations and Project Officer for The McKinsey Initiative on Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

With a strong track record in strategic leadership, marketing transformation, and business growth, Abhinav is well-positioned to support The Muthoot Group’s next phase of expansion and innovation.
