Shweta Govil Singh appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Shriram Farm Solutions – A unit of DCM Shriram LTD.

Shweta Govil Singh has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Shriram Farm Solutions – a unit of DCM Shriram Ltd., taking on a strategic leadership role focused on shaping the organization’s people strategy and driving talent and organizational development.

Shweta brings 25+ years of experience across human resources, talent strategy, leadership development, professional development, talent acquisition, HR transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, she spent over 14 years with McKinsey & Company, where she held multiple senior talent leadership roles.

At McKinsey, Shweta most recently served as Professional Development Lead – APAC, Banking & Insurance Practice, partnering with senior leaders on career pathways, leadership development, succession planning, inclusion, and building a strong leadership pipeline across APAC. She also served as Global Professional Development – Talent Business Partner (GCC), Banking & Insurance, managing the talent lifecycle for expertise-based talent across 20+ global locations.

Earlier at McKinsey, she led India Recruiting for the GCC and McKinsey Analytics Asia Talent Acquisition, managing a team of 15+ recruiters and supporting hiring across 20+ practices and markets including Southeast Asia, Japan, and Australia. She also held a full-spectrum HR role covering talent acquisition, compensation, HR transformation, policy, engagement, inclusion, retention, and employee relations.

Prior to McKinsey, Shweta served as Sr. Manager – Human Resources at FieldFresh Foods, leading talent development and engagement while partnering with commercial and sales functions. Earlier, she was Regional Manager – HR at Cholamandalam Dbs Financa Limited Finance, supporting more than 400 on-roll and 700 off-roll employees across North and East India.
