Sachin Agrawal has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hero MotoCorp, marking a strategic leadership move as the company accelerates its innovation and future mobility agenda.
In this role, Sachin will lead the companyβs R&D transformation across the Hero Centre for Innovation and Technology (CIT) and the Hero Tech Centre Germany (TCG), focusing on electrification, connected mobility, next-generation vehicle technologies, and AI-driven innovation ecosystems.
Sachin brings extensive leadership experience across automotive R&D, powertrain engineering, electric mobility, and product development. Prior to joining Hero MotoCorp, he held senior leadership positions at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., Volvo Group, Eicher Motors, and
Daewoo Motors India Limited.
Over the course of his career, he has contributed significantly to advancements across diesel, CNG, electric, and hydrogen vehicle platforms, while also driving innovation in connected mobility, digital ecosystems, and future-ready transportation technologies.
With a strong track record in automotive engineering, mobility innovation, and technology transformation, Sachin is well-positioned to strengthen Hero MotoCorpβs future-ready technology roadmap and global innovation capabilities.
