Sanjay Agarwal re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Century Plyboards (I) Limited

Sanjay Agarwal has been re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Century Plyboards (I) Limited for a further five-year term effective July 1, 2026. The re-appointment was approved by the company’s Board and subsequently by shareholders at the 45th Annual General Meeting.

As CEO and Managing Director, Agarwal will continue to oversee the company’s overall business direction and strategic priorities across its plywood, MDF, and related building-materials portfolio.

With 38+ years of professional experience, Sanjay Agarwal has been closely associated with Century Plyboards since its establishment. He has played a key role in building the CenturyPly brand and strengthening its position in the organised plywood market, supported by his long-standing industry experience and strategic leadership.

Founded in 1986 by Sanjay Agarwal and the late Hari Prasad Agarwal, Century Plyboards has grown into a significant player in the building-materials industry. Agarwal’s continued tenure places his extensive experience at the centre of the company’s next phase of growth and execution.
