Dr Rajiv Sinha has been elevated as Head – HR Digital Transformation & Digital Learning at Larsen & Toubro, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Dr. Sinha will lead HR digital transformation initiatives, learning innovation, and capability development, driving the adoption of digital platforms and modern learning ecosystems across the organization.

Dr. Sinha brings over 21 years of experience at Larsen & Toubro, where he has held multiple leadership roles across HR, digital learning, knowledge management, and IT applications. Most recently, he served as Head – Business Excellence & Digital Learning (Corporate HR), driving capability building, process excellence, and implementation of the L&T Business Excellence Model (LTBEM).

Earlier, he led IT Applications & Knowledge Management for GCC Operations and served as Deputy General Manager – Knowledge Management & IT, building strong expertise in digital platforms, SAP HR, and enterprise knowledge systems.

Prior to L&T, he worked with Tata Steel as Manager – Improvement Group, where he focused on process improvement and organizational excellence initiatives.

🎓 Dr. Sinha holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management from
Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (Fellow of NITIE), and an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering & Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, bringing strong academic and research-driven expertise to his leadership.

With a proven track record in HR transformation, digital learning, and knowledge management, Dr. Sinha is well-positioned to drive L&T’s next phase of workforce and capability transformation.
