Thomas Joseph has been elevated as Chief People Officer (CPO) at WNS, part of Capgemini, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Thomas will lead global people strategy, talent transformation, leadership development, and organizational culture, supporting WNS’s growth and strengthening its people-first approach across global operations.

Thomas brings over 30 years of global HR leadership experience across Business Process Management, manufacturing, and business services, with exposure across Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and Latin America.

He has been associated with WNS for nearly two decades, most recently serving as Executive Vice President – HR, where he led global HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, and large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.

He has played a key role in M&A integrations, global HR operations, succession planning, and executive stakeholder management, working closely with executive leadership and board members.

At WNS, Thomas has been instrumental in setting up greenfield operations, architecting transformation programs, and building high-performance, multicultural teams, while driving initiatives in DEI, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Prior to WNS, he held senior HR leadership roles at IBM Daksh, Tata Business Support Services Limited, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, building a strong foundation in HR strategy and organizational development.

With deep expertise in global HR strategy, transformation, and leadership development, Thomas is well-positioned to lead WNS’s next phase of people and culture evolution.
