Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Pradipta Patro has been appointed as CISO & Data Privacy-Vice President at Polycab India Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its cybersecurity and data privacy capabilities.

In this role, Pradipta will lead information security strategy, cyber risk management, data privacy governance, and compliance frameworks, ensuring robust protection of enterprise systems and data across the organization.

Pradipta brings extensive experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation. Most recently, he served as Head of Cyber Security & IT Platform at RPG Group, where he led enterprise security strategy, cloud platforms, and IT modernization initiatives.

Prior to this, he held a key leadership role at Adani Group, driving digital transformation programs, cybersecurity initiatives, and large-scale IT service delivery.

He also served as Assistant Vice President – Head IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where he built strong capabilities in IT infrastructure management, security governance, and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, he worked with ICICI Lombard Insurance and AFL Pvt Ltd, building foundational expertise in networks, telecommunications, and project management.

With a proven track record in cybersecurity leadership, enterprise IT, and digital transformation, Pradipta is well-positioned to drive Polycab’s next phase of secure and scalable growth.
