Rishikesh R Ranga R. Ranga has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at VB Group Ltd., taking on a strategic leadership mandate to drive business growth, expansion and overall organizational performance.

In his new role, Rishikesh will leverage his expertise across business strategy, sales leadership, P&L management, go-to-market strategy, channel development and real estate, with a strong track record of building teams and scaling businesses.

Rishikesh brings 18+ years of professional experience across real estate, financial services and business development. Most recently, he held leadership roles at Justo RealFintech Ltd, including Business Head – MMR and Head – Sourcing & Expansion Plan. Earlier, he served as Head of Channel – Thane & KDMC at Broker Network and Sales Head – Piramal Aranya at Piramal Realty.

He has also held senior sales leadership positions at NDW Group, Magicrete Building Solutions, Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Development Ltd, Supreme Universal and Lodha Group, driving market expansion, channel development and high-value business closures. At Magicrete, he doubled monthly revenues from ₹75 lakh to ₹1.70 crore in less than six months, while at Lodha Group he led multiple luxury project launches and closures.

Earlier in his career, Rishikesh worked with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Birla Sun Life Insurance, building a strong foundation in corporate sales and business development.
