Shraddha Mokashi Gupta has been elevated to the role of Director – Human Resources at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its people and culture initiatives.

In this role, Shraddha will lead human resources strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives, supporting The Leela’s commitment to excellence in hospitality and people leadership.

Shraddha brings extensive experience across human resources, hospitality, talent management, and organizational development. She has been associated with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts for nearly 3 years, most recently serving as Associate Director – Corporate Human Resources, where she contributed to enterprise HR strategy and people transformation initiatives.

Prior to this, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at hBits, leading HR strategy and workforce development initiatives during a high-growth phase.

Earlier, she held leadership roles including Head – Human Resources at
The Digital Street, Director – Human Resources at SKIL Corporate Travel, and Associate Director – Human Resources at Concept Hospitality, building strong expertise across hospitality, travel, digital business, and organizational leadership.

With a strong track record in HR leadership, employee engagement, and culture transformation, Shraddha is well-positioned to support The Leela’s continued growth and people-centric excellence.
