Aishwarya Vasudevan appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Hydron

Aishwarya Vasudevan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Hydron, taking on a strategic leadership role focused on driving business growth, operational excellence, and the company’s overall strategic direction.

Aishwarya brings 20+ years of experience across business leadership, P&L management, sales, operations, business development, marketing, and M&A. Most recently, she served as Group Chief Operating Officer at Neuberg Diagnostics, where she spent more than eight years in a senior leadership role.

Prior to Neuberg Diagnostics, Aishwarya spent nearly nine years with
Dr Batra's’s Positive Health Clinic, progressing through leadership roles including Head – Sales & Operations, Business Head – Aesthetic Solutions, Head of Sales & Marketing – Homoeopathy, DGM Marketing, and Head of Business Development – South India.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Kaya Limited as Business Development Manager, followed by business development roles in the telecom sector and a Relationship Manager role at GE Capital. She began her professional journey with Dreams Event Management, building an early foundation in business and client management.
