Shweta K Dwivedi appointed as Sr. Associate Director – Engineering Practices at HSBC

Shweta K Dwivedi has been appointed as Sr. Associate Director – Engineering Practices at HSBC, taking on a key technology leadership role focused on engineering practices and transformation.

With 16+ years of experience across technology, IT operations, digital transformation, and engineering, Shweta previously spent over 6 years at PepsiCo, most recently as Deputy Director – Strategy & Transformation, where she led global IT Operations transformation through AI, automation, intelligent service management, and Agentic IT Operations.

Earlier, she worked with Wells Fargo as Technology Specialist and IBM India as Business Analyst. She began her career with Infosys as Senior System Engineer.
