Tarun Sharma appointed as Senior Director – Specialty Sales at Seqrite

Tarun Sharma has been appointed as Senior Director – Specialty Sales at Seqrite, taking on a leadership role focused on specialty sales, strategic customer engagement, and business growth across the cybersecurity ecosystem.

Tarun brings 18+ years of experience across cybersecurity, enterprise technology sales, cloud security, SaaS security, account management, and business development. Prior to joining Seqrite, he spent over 8 years with Check Point Software, progressing through multiple sales leadership roles including Cloud Security Sales, Sales Specialist – SaaS Security Portfolio, Territory Account Manager, and Territory Business Manager. He also worked on growing the Harmony business across enterprise and commercial accounts in India and the SAARC region.

Earlier, Tarun served as Business Manager at Nutanix, following his tenure as Commercial Business Manager. He previously spent nearly four years with VMware, where he held Commercial Account Manager and Territory Account Manager roles focused on business development, consultative selling, strategic sales planning, and pipeline growth.

His earlier career includes Account Manager at Dell Technologies and Account Associate at HP, building a strong foundation in enterprise technology sales and customer relationship management.
