Deepa Subbaiah B appointed as Global Head HR at Lumilens

We are pleased to share that Deepa Subbaiah B has been appointed as Global Head HR at Lumilens.

Deepa brings 25+ years of HR leadership experience across technology, engineering and global organisations.

Prior to joining Lumilens, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Locus, following her role as AVP & Head HR – APAC & India at Amadeus, where she was the HR leader for 7,000+ employees across APAC.

Earlier, at Freshworks, she served as Senior Director – HR for Product & Engineering, partnering with the Chief Product Officer and supporting 1,900+ global employees. She also held senior HR leadership roles at Cisco, 3M and Wipro, including leading HR for 25,000+ employees at Wipro.
