Ashima Mathur has been appointed as Head of Marketing – Asia Pacific (South) at RSA Security, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its regional marketing and growth strategy.

In this role, Ashima will lead regional marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives, driving growth and enhancing RSA Security’s presence across key markets in Asia Pacific.

Ashima brings over two decades of experience in marketing leadership across technology and enterprise domains. Most recently, she served as Director – Marketing, Asia Pacific at Pitney Bowes, where she led marketing strategy across India, Japan, and ANZ markets, driving regional growth and brand positioning.

During her tenure at Pitney Bowes, she held multiple leadership roles including Director – Marketing & Operations (India), Director – Regional Marketing & Global Marketing Center, and Marketing Director, along with serving as Country Marketing Manager (India) for several years. She played a key role in demand generation, digital marketing, GTM strategy, and market expansion, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Prior to this, she served as DGM – Marketing (Government & Smart Cities) at IBM India Private Limited, leading large-scale integrated campaigns across government, smart cities, cloud, analytics, and mobility solutions.

Earlier, she held roles at Computer Sciences Corporation India Private Limited and Patni Computer Systems Ltd, building strong expertise in business development, marketing strategy, and enterprise technology solutions.
With a strong track record in B2B marketing, regional strategy, and digital transformation, Ashima is well-positioned to drive RSA Security’s next phase of growth in Asia Pacific.
