Biju Kassim has been elevated to Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Global SS Beauty Brands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shoppers Stop, marking a significant leadership milestone as the company continues to strengthen its premium beauty and lifestyle business.

In this expanded role, Biju will lead the company’s beauty business strategy, focusing on strengthening global brand partnerships, scaling premium beauty portfolios, enhancing customer experiences, and driving growth across India’s rapidly evolving beauty and lifestyle market.

Biju has been associated with Shoppers Stop since 2022 and currently serves as CEO – Beauty, where he has played a pivotal role in building and expanding the retailer’s beauty ecosystem and premium brand portfolio.

Prior to joining Shoppers Stop, he served as Senior Vice President – Beauty at Reliance Brands Limited, leading strategic growth and luxury beauty brand initiatives. Earlier, he was Managing Director at Intercraft Trading, contributing significantly to business expansion and brand development within the luxury retail and fashion sectors.

With extensive experience across luxury retail, beauty, brand management, and business expansion, Biju is well-positioned to lead Global SS Beauty Brands into its next phase of growth and market leadership.
