Suresh Bheeman has been appointed as Director – People Operations at The Residency Signature Madurai, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its people, culture, and hospitality excellence initiatives.

In this role, Suresh will lead people operations, talent management, employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational culture initiatives, supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and guest-centric hospitality.

Suresh brings extensive experience across human resources, hospitality operations, training, and organizational development. He has been associated with The Residency Towers Coimbatore for over 5 years, where he currently serves as Human Resources Manager and earlier held the role of Director – People Operations, contributing significantly to workforce development and people-centric initiatives.

Prior to this, he served as Human Resources & Training Manager at Marriott International, leading HR operations and employee engagement programs within the hospitality sector.

Earlier, he worked with Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. as Human Resources Manager, where he headed the HR function for one of the group’s premier hospitality properties while also overseeing multiple resort locations.
He also held the role of Assistant Manager – Human Resources (HOD) at The Lemon Tree Hotels Company, building strong expertise in hospitality HR operations, training, and organizational management.

With a strong track record in hospitality people management, employee engagement, and operational HR leadership, Suresh is well-positioned to support The Residency Signature Madurai’s continued growth and people-centric excellence.
