Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Mayank Holani has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SKF ISEAM, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its financial leadership and transformation agenda.

In this role, Mayank will lead controlling and finance functions for SKF India Ltd., focusing on financial strategy, operational efficiency, governance, business transformation, and long-term value creation across the organization.

Mayank brings over two decades of extensive experience across corporate finance, strategic planning, investor relations, treasury, FP&A, governance, and digital finance transformation within manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining SKF ISEAM, he served as Chief Financial Officer at
INDIAN SYNTHETIC RUBBER PRIVATE LIMITED, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corp Limited and TSRC Corporation Taiwan, where he led finance, IT, procurement, supply chain, and risk management functions while driving growth and expansion initiatives.

Earlier, he spent more than 12 years with Schneider Electric, holding multiple senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer –
Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited and General Manager – Finance Business Partner, contributing significantly to financial transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Cairn Vedanta Oil and Gas, Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., and Ravi Holani & Co., building strong expertise across finance, audit, accounting, and strategic business partnering.

With a distinguished track record in financial leadership, business transformation, and operational strategy, Mayank is well-positioned to support SKF ISEAM’s next phase of growth and financial excellence.
