Soumitra Saha appointed as Managing Director & Country Head at ANSR MedTech

ANSR MedTech has appointed Soumitra Saha as Managing Director & Country Head, bringing a strong track record of technology leadership, organizational transformation and business growth.

Soumitra joins ANSR MedTech from Lumen Technologies, where he served as Managing Director, Country Head & Board Chair for Lumen Technologies India. He led the organization’s strategic transformation, scaled the workforce to 3,000+ employees, and helped establish key capabilities including an AI Center of Excellence, Cloud Migration Factory, Enterprise Architecture, Data Sciences and Strategic Consulting.

Previously, as Head of Technology, APAC – Asset Servicing at Northern Trust, he built and scaled the India & APAC technology organization to 1,200+ FTEs and 1,000 contractors, while driving technology transformation and innovation.

Soumitra spent over 14 years with Fidelity Investments, progressing through senior technology and leadership roles across India, the US and Canada, including Vice President & Head of Innovation and Capital Markets Technology. Earlier in his career, he held technology roles with Dell and Infosys.
