In this expanded role, Girish will lead global business strategy, P&L ownership, market expansion, and cross-regional operations, driving growth across energy and industrial segments while strengthening customer partnerships and building high-performing global teams.

Girish brings over two decades of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing and global operations. He has been associated with Nidec for over 8 years, most recently serving as Managing Director (India), where he led business growth, operations, and strategic expansion initiatives.

Prior to this, he spent over 17 years with ABB as Vice President, building deep expertise in industrial systems, operations leadership, and large-scale business management.

With a proven track record in global leadership, P&L management, and industrial growth strategies, Girish is well-positioned to drive Nidec’s next phase of global expansion and operational excellence.
