Meena Sharma has been appointed as Corporate Head – HR & Administration at V-Marc India Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its people and administrative functions.

In this role, Meena will lead HR strategy, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, administration, and organizational development, supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Meena brings extensive experience across HR leadership, corporate HR strategy, and organizational transformation. She is currently serving as Virtual CHRO at Mentech General Trading Co LLC . UAE, where she drives HR strategy alignment, talent acquisition frameworks, employer branding, succession planning, and governance compliance.

She is also an active State Council Member at WICCI - Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, contributing to women leadership and business ecosystem development.

Previously, she served as Group Head HR at UKB Electronics Limited, leading HR operations and people strategy, and spent over 7 years with Uniparts India Ltd. as AGM – Corporate HR, where she managed corporate HR functions, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
With a proven track record in HR transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development, Meena is well-positioned to drive V-Marc India Limited’s next phase of growth through strong people and culture initiatives.
