Gurpreet Singh has been appointed as Director at Deloitte, marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its consulting, digital transformation, and business advisory capabilities.

In this role, Gurpreet will contribute to driving strategic client engagements, business transformation initiatives, digital consulting programs, and growth-focused advisory solutions, helping organizations navigate evolving business and technology landscapes.

Gurpreet brings extensive experience across consulting, business development, digital transformation, technology strategy, and enterprise program management. Prior to this appointment, he served as Associate Director – Business Development & Engagement Delivery at Deloitte Digital, where he led strategic account management, client consulting, business development, engagement delivery, and go-to-market initiatives across multiple industries.

Earlier, he held the role of Manager at Deloitte Consulting, leading large-scale transformation programs for leading banks, NBFCs, and insurance organizations. His work included digital lending platforms, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, vendor evaluations, digital maturity assessments, target operating models, stakeholder management, and end-to-end program delivery.

Before joining Deloitte, Gurpreet worked as Manager – Consulting at EY, where he advised insurance clients on technology strategy, digital transformation, and Guidewire platform implementations. He also served as Business Solutions Manager at Cognizant, contributing to business consulting and technology-led transformation initiatives.

With a strong track record in client advisory, digital transformation, business growth, and large-scale program management, Gurpreet is well-positioned to support Deloitte’s continued growth and client success agenda.
