Harshita Jain has joined as Joint Managing Director at Consulting Engineers Group Ltd., marking a significant leadership addition as the organization continues to strengthen its strategic growth and engineering leadership capabilities.

In this role, Harshita will contribute to driving business strategy, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth, supporting the company’s continued expansion across engineering and infrastructure domains.

Harshita brings strong experience across engineering leadership, business management, and global industry collaboration. She has been associated with Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. for over a decade, serving as Director since 2014, contributing to strategic growth and organizational development initiatives.

She also serves as Director at Consulting Engineers Group UK Ltd., supporting the company’s international operations and expansion initiatives in the United Kingdom.

Beyond her corporate leadership responsibilities, Harshita is actively engaged with global engineering forums and currently serves as Chair of FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers Future Leaders – Asia Pacific and as a Member of the FIDIC Future Leaders Advisory Council, contributing to industry leadership and professional development initiatives.

Academically, Harshita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bath and has also completed a Certificate Course in Business Administration and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

With a strong blend of engineering expertise, strategic leadership, and international industry engagement, Harshita is well-positioned to support Consulting Engineers Group Ltd.’s next phase of growth and innovation.
