Kruti Khandelwal appointed as Vice President – Marketing at Kapture CX

Kruti Khandelwal has been appointed as Vice President – Marketing at Kapture CX, taking on a strategic leadership role focused on strengthening the company’s marketing, brand positioning, and growth initiatives.

Kruti brings 12+ years of experience across marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, communications, digital marketing, and business growth. Prior to joining Kapture CX, she was associated with Fortune Coffee as CEO & Founder and earlier served as Marketing Director at Yellow.ai, where she progressed from Associate Marketing Director to Marketing Director.

Earlier, Kruti led Product & Brand Marketing at Haptik – a Reliance Jio subsidiary, driving product communication, social media, analyst relations, go-to-market strategy, PR, campaigns, and brand positioning. She also played a key role in establishing Haptik’s analyst relations function, securing three analyst mentions within six months, and conceptualized a COVID-19 helpline initiative that was later acquired by the Government of India and helped over 40 million people.

Her earlier career includes marketing and PR leadership roles at Radius Developers and Sunteck Realty Ltd, where she worked across go-to-market strategy, digital marketing, consumer engagement, brand partnerships, PR, international marketing, and campaign management. She also spent time with Lodha Group earlier in her career.
