Most recently, she held a senior HR leadership role at PTC, where she led large-scale HR initiatives for a workforce of 2,500+ employees, driving DEI frameworks, attrition reduction, and employer branding.

Her career also includes impactful roles at Ferrero and
BENNETT COLEMAN AND COMPANY LIMITED, where she consistently delivered results across talent transformation, leadership development, and HR digitalization.

Known for her strategic mindset and people-centric leadership approach, Maithili has a strong track record of building inclusive, agile, and high-performing organizations.
