Richa Mukherjee has been appointed as Vice President – Government Relations & Regulatory Engagements at Infosys, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its engagement with policymakers and regulatory stakeholders.

In this role, Richa will lead government relations, public policy advocacy, regulatory strategy, and stakeholder engagement, supporting Infosys in navigating evolving policy landscapes and strengthening its institutional partnerships.

Richa brings strong experience in public policy, fintech regulation, and corporate affairs. Most recently, she served as Director – Public Policy & Corporate Affairs at PayU, where she led policy advocacy, regulatory engagement, and industry collaboration initiatives.

She also served as Co-Chairman of the National Council for Fintech at ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India), contributing to policy development and industry representation.

In addition, she was Co-Chairman – Public Policy Committee at Internet and Mobile Association of India, playing a key role in shaping digital and fintech policy discourse.

Earlier, she worked with Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on public policy for the financial services industry, strengthening her expertise in regulatory frameworks and digital policy.

With a proven track record in government relations, regulatory strategy, and policy advocacy, Richa is well-positioned to drive Infosys’ engagement across the public policy ecosystem.
