Manoj More has been appointed as General Manager – Business Development at Anant Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its growth and market expansion initiatives.

In this role, Manoj will lead business development strategy, international expansion, and client engagement, focusing on driving new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth across key markets.

Manoj brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical business development, international markets, and strategic growth. Most recently, he served as General Manager – International Business Development at
Venkatasai Life Sciences pvt ltd, where he spearheaded global expansion initiatives, strengthened sales and distribution strategies, and drove operational excellence across supply chain and client servicing.

Prior to this, he worked with Chromachemie Laboratory Private Limited as Deputy General Manager – Strategic Business Development, contributing to growth strategy and market development initiatives.

He also spent nearly 9 years at SimSon Pharma Limited, progressing to Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing, where he led international business development and marketing functions. Earlier, he held roles at Clearsynth, including Key Account Manager and Deputy Sales Manager, building strong expertise in sales, client management, and market expansion.

With a strong track record in international business development, sales leadership, and pharmaceutical growth strategy, Manoj is well-positioned to support Anant Pharmaceuticals’ next phase of expansion.
