Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Renuka Gowda has been appointed as Head – Human Resources (India Region) at Salcomp India, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its people and culture agenda.

In this role, Renuka will lead HR strategy, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations, supporting Salcomp India’s growth and operational excellence.
Renuka brings extensive experience across HR leadership, infrastructure, telecom, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Director at Beverage Union, driving strategic HR initiatives and policy frameworks.

Prior to this, she was associated with Altius in a Human Resources leadership role, contributing to people strategy and HR operations.
She also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Summit Digitel, leading enterprise-wide HR transformation and talent strategies.

Additionally, she spent over 9 years with Peak Infrastructure Management Services Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Head – Human Resources & Admin, managing end-to-end HR functions including talent management, employee lifecycle, compliance, HR operations, and workforce planning across large-scale infrastructure operations.

With a proven track record in people leadership, HR transformation, and organizational development, Renuka is well-positioned to drive Salcomp India’s next phase of growth through strong human capital strategy.
