Mohit Kalra has been elevated as Vice President-2 & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ORIX India, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Mohit will lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, information security governance, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, ensuring robust protection of digital assets and strengthening the organization’s security posture.

Mohit has been associated with ORIX India for over 6 years, progressing through key leadership roles including CISO and VP-1 & CISO, where he led information security strategy, ISO 27001 compliance, risk management, and enterprise-wide security initiatives.

Prior to this, he served as Head of Information Security at
RattanIndia Finance Private Limited, leading group-level security strategy and governance frameworks.

He also spent over 5 years at Genpact as Senior Principal Consultant, driving information security, GRC, risk management, audits, third-party risk, and business continuity programs.

Earlier, he worked with Orange Business Services as a Network & Security Consultant, and began his career at Wipro as a Project Engineer, building strong foundations in network and security architecture.

With a proven track record in cybersecurity leadership, compliance, and enterprise risk management, Mohit is well-positioned to drive ORIX India’s security and digital resilience agenda.
