Rohini Dhir has been elevated as Director – Human Resources at InfoVision Inc., marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey.
In this expanded role, Rohini will lead HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and employee experience initiatives, driving people excellence and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Rohini has been associated with InfoVision for nearly 2 years, most recently serving as Associate Director – Human Resources, where she played a key role in HR strategy execution, talent initiatives, and organizational development.
Prior to this, she served as Head – Learning & Development at Cybage Software, where she led enterprise-wide learning strategy across multiple business verticals, focusing on leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and capability building programs.
She also held leadership roles as Head – Learning & Development at
Josh Software, Inc. and Senior Manager – Education & Training at Community Brands, where she built strong expertise in employee onboarding, training programs, and organizational learning frameworks.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Manager – Training & Development at Eculides Info Tech, laying a strong foundation in HR and learning functions.
With a proven track record in HR leadership, learning & development, and talent strategy, Rohini is well-positioned to drive InfoVision’s next phase of people and culture transformation.
