Saibal Chandra Banerjee has been appointed as Business Head – Trade Sales at CookieMan (Australian Foods India Private Limited), marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its trade and distribution capabilities.

In this role, Saibal will lead trade sales strategy, channel expansion, distribution network growth, and revenue acceleration, driving market penetration and strengthening CookieMan’s presence across retail channels.
Saibal brings extensive leadership experience across FMCG, retail, merchandising, and supply chain transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Magson Retail & Distribution Ltd, leading business strategy and regional expansion across Gujarat & Goa.

Prior to this, he spent over 3 years at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, where he held multiple leadership roles including Senior Vice President – Merchandising & CMO and Vice President – Merchandising & Supply Chain, driving merchandising strategy, category growth, and supply chain optimization.

He also worked with Foodhall India as Chief Merchandising Officer, leading category strategy and premium retail growth, and earlier as Head – FMCG, Staples & Dairy Frozen.

Additionally, he served as Chief Executive Officer at KFM Retail (Kathmandu Farmers Market), where he led retail operations and integrated supply chain development.

With a proven track record in retail leadership, merchandising excellence, and trade sales growth, Saibal is well-positioned to drive CookieMan’s next phase of expansion and market leadership.
