Sayantan Bose has been appointed as Managing Director – Clients & Markets at Protiviti India Member Firm, marking a significant leadership milestone in his accomplished career spanning consulting, business development, strategic alliances, and enterprise transformation.

In this leadership role, Sayantan will drive client engagement, market expansion, strategic growth initiatives, and business development efforts, helping strengthen Protiviti India’s position across key industry sectors.

Prior to joining Protiviti India, Sayantan served as Director – Clients & Industries (Technology, GCC & Global Alliance) at EY, where he led the Global Capability Centers (GCC) business across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana while managing strategic client relationships and alliance partnerships.

He played a key role in driving large-scale digital transformation, cloud migration, AI, analytics, cybersecurity, automation, and enterprise technology initiatives for leading global organizations and public sector enterprises.

Earlier, he worked with IBM as GBS Consulting Business Development Lead – TMT, contributing to consulting-led business growth and strategic client engagements across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Sayantan is an ICT Committee Member at The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) and Co-Founder of Hyderabad Mavericks, a non-commercial industry body focused on fostering collaboration and innovation among business and technology leaders.

With extensive experience in consulting, business strategy, client advisory, global alliances, and digital transformation, Sayantan is well-positioned to contribute significantly to Protiviti India’s continued growth and market leadership.
