Vijayanand K has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant leadership milestone in his distinguished career across human resources, talent management, organizational development, and people transformation.

In his new role, Vijayanand will lead the Human Resources and Learning & Development functions across India and the UAE, driving talent strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation to support Royaloak's continued growth and expansion.

Vijayanand brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across the retail, hospitality, food services, and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Royaloak, he served as Head – Human Resources at Kritunga Restaurants and Franchises, where he led strategic HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational excellence.

Earlier, he held senior HR leadership positions at kitchens@ – kitchens@ - Loyal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Munchbox Frozen Foods Private Limited( Frozen Bottle), and Cafe Coffee Day, successfully driving HR transformation, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and people-centric business strategies across rapidly growing organizations.

His appointment reflects Royaloak's commitment to strengthening its people-first culture and investing in leadership, capability building, and organizational transformation.
