Vikrant Raghuvanshi has been appointed as Director – HR at Ananta Spa And Resorts marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its people, culture, and hospitality excellence agenda.

In this role, Vikrant will lead human resources strategy, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, supporting the resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a high-performance workforce.

Vikrant brings over a decade of extensive experience across human resources, administration, hospitality operations, and organizational development. He has been associated with Ananta Spa And Resorts since 2021, serving as HR Manager and leading HR initiatives for one of Rajasthan’s leading hospitality brands.

In parallel, he has held senior HR leadership roles with Bhanwar Singh Groups of Hotels, including Corporate HR Manager and Corporate HR & Admin Head, driving people strategy, talent management, and administrative operations across multiple hospitality properties.

Earlier, he served as HR & Admin Manager at Bhanwar Singh Palace, where he managed workforce development, employee engagement, and HR operations. He also worked as HR & Admin Manager at Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Ajmer, gaining valuable experience in hospitality HR management and organizational excellence.

With a strong track record in hospitality HR leadership, employee relations, talent development, and people-centric transformation, Vikrant is well-positioned to support Ananta Spa & Resort’s continued growth and workforce excellence.
