Akash Karnik has been elevated to the role of CEO – Global Business at 1Point1 Solutions Ltd., marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its global business expansion and digital transformation agenda.

In this role, Akash will lead the company’s global business operations, growth strategy, customer engagement, and international expansion initiatives, focusing on scaling business performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving innovation-led growth across global markets.

Akash brings over two decades of extensive leadership experience across business transformation, customer experience management, global operations, and strategic growth initiatives. He has been associated with 1Point1 Solutions for nearly 18 years and most recently served as Whole Time Director & Global Chief Operating Officer, where he led transformative growth, operational excellence, and P&L management across the Americas, APAC, and India.

During his tenure, he played a key role in scaling the organization from 75 employees to over 5,500 across 9 locations, driving IPO success, international expansion, operational efficiency improvements, and consistent revenue and profit growth.

Prior to joining 1Point1 Solutions, Akash worked with Citi in a leadership role managing UK banking operations and customer service delivery, and earlier with Dun & Bradstreet, where he led sales operations and business intelligence initiatives driving significant revenue growth. He also held leadership positions at GTL Limited, contributing to large-scale business transformation and operational turnaround programs.

With a distinguished track record in global business leadership, operational scaling, and digital transformation, Akash is well-positioned to lead 1Point1 Solutions Ltd.’s next phase of international growth and market leadership.
