Rajeev Agarwal has been appointed as Sr. General Manager – HR & Admin at Gallantt Ispat Limited., marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its people management and operational excellence initiatives.

In this role, Rajeev will lead human resources and administrative functions, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, workforce development, industrial relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across the company.

Rajeev brings extensive leadership experience across HR, administration, legal, compliance, and organizational management. Prior to joining Gallantt Ispat Ltd., he served as Group HR Head at rana sugars ltd., leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives and workforce development programs.

Earlier, he spent nearly 9 years with Balrampur Balrampur Chini Mills Limited Limited as GM – HR & Administration, where he headed HR, administration, legal, compliance, and liaisoning functions, contributing significantly to organizational and operational excellence.

Before that, Rajeev served for nearly two decades at L H SUGAR FACTORIES LIMITED as GM – HR, Legal & Company Secretary, building deep expertise across human resources, legal affairs, governance, and corporate administration.

With a strong track record in HR leadership, industrial relations, compliance management, and organizational development, Rajeev is well-positioned to support Gallantt Ispat Ltd.’s continued growth and people-centric transformation.
