Ashish Kumar Srivastava has been appointed as Managing Director at HAVER & BOECKER INDIA, effective July 1, 2026, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning over 35 years in the cement, minerals, and industrial engineering sectors.

In his new role, Ashish will lead the company's overall business operations, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, customer engagement, innovation, and long-term business transformation while strengthening HAVER & BOECKER India's leadership position in the engineering and process industries.

Ashish joined HAVER & BOECKER INDIA as Head of Cement Business in January 2022 and was subsequently elevated to Deputy Managing Director in February 2023. His appointment as Managing Director reflects his exceptional leadership and significant contribution to the company's growth and strategic direction.

Prior to joining HAVER & BOECKER INDIA, Ashish held key leadership positions with FLSmidth, BEUMER Group, and UltraTech Cement, where he successfully led business strategy, sales leadership, engineering excellence, and the execution of large-scale industrial projects. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven business transformation by strengthening customer partnerships, enhancing operational performance, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams.
