Kumar Harshit has been appointed as Commercial Director – Retail & Wholesale at Crocs, Inc., marking a significant leadership milestone in his accomplished career spanning retail, merchandising, commercial strategy, sales leadership, and consumer business.

In this strategic leadership role, Kumar will lead Crocs' Retail & Wholesale business, driving commercial strategy, channel expansion, retail excellence, customer experience, and sustainable business growth across key markets.
Kumar brings nearly 18 years of leadership experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Prior to joining Crocs, he served as VP & Product Merchandise Director (Peter England) at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited. Earlier, during his 17-year journey with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., he held several key leadership positions, including Retail Director – Reebok India, Head of Retail – Emerging Markets (Van Heusen), National Sales Head – Key Accounts (Louis Philippe), Category Head (Louis Philippe), and Management Trainee. Across these roles, he successfully led large-scale retail operations, merchandising, category management, business expansion, P&L management, strategic planning, and high-performing teams, contributing significantly to the growth of some of India's most recognized fashion brands.

His appointment reflects Crocs' commitment to strengthening its commercial leadership and accelerating growth across its retail and wholesale business.
