Sreedevi Hegde has been appointed as Senior Vice President – India Country Head at Acentra Health, marking a significant leadership milestone in her distinguished career spanning global capability centers (GCCs), healthcare technology, operations, digital transformation, and business leadership.

In her new role, Sreedevi will lead Acentra Health's India operations, driving strategic growth, GCC expansion, operational excellence, technology innovation, and talent development to support the company's global healthcare transformation initiatives.

Sreedevi brings over two decades of leadership experience across GCC leadership, operations, strategy, and enterprise transformation. Prior to joining Acentra Health, she served as Managing Director & Board Member – India GCC Head at Vervent, where she established the India GCC from the ground up, scaled it to 300 employees across 15 functions, launched global Centers of Excellence, and accelerated digital and AI transformation while delivering significant business outcomes.

Earlier, she was CAO – Citi Solutions Center Bengaluru & COO – Analytics & Information Management India (SVP) at Citi, where she led large-scale business expansion, governance, analytics operations, and workforce transformation.

Before that, she served as COO – Platform IT Engineering India & Business Management Lead (Vice President) at Credit Suisse, driving global IT transformation, operational excellence, and strategic programs. She also served as Chief of Staff – Global Solution Center at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, leading enterprise strategy, cost optimization, governance, and operational transformation across global delivery centers.

With proven expertise in GCC leadership, digital transformation, operational strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, and organizational growth, Sreedevi is exceptionally well-positioned to lead Acentra Health's India organization into its next phase of growth and innovation.
