Ashok K Menon has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Gitakshmi Group, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its growth and transformation journey.

In this role, Ashok will lead overall business strategy, operations, growth initiatives, and organizational transformation, driving performance and expanding the group’s market presence.

Ashok brings extensive leadership experience across HR transformation, corporate strategy, and organizational development. Most recently, he served as Director (Confidential), contributing to organizational development and strategic initiatives.

Prior to this, he was Group CHRO (President – HR, Admin, CSR & Corporate Communications) at H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategy, corporate communications, and CSR initiatives.

He also served as Director – HR & Administration at The Weekend Learning, where he worked across organizations including
Bharat Nirman Infrastructure Co. and PRA India Private Limited Pvt Ltd, implementing HR systems and processes.

Earlier, he was Chief Human Resources Officer & Head – Corporate Communication at G R Infraprojects Limited, leading HR for a 13,000+ workforce, driving HR digital transformation (SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors), performance management systems, and policy frameworks.
With a strong track record in organizational leadership, transformation, and large-scale people management, Ashok is well-positioned to lead Gitakshmi Group into its next phase of growth.
