Snehashis Pan has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Jabsons Foods Pvt. Ltd. marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its commercial strategy and market expansion.

In this role, Snehashis will lead sales, marketing, distribution, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy, driving business performance and expanding Jabsons’ footprint across markets.

Snehashis brings extensive experience in FMCG sales leadership, market expansion, and revenue growth. Most recently, he served as SVP & Head – Sales at Tata Consumer Products, where he led national sales strategy and execution. Prior to this, he held roles such as VP & Cluster Head and Regional Sales Director, driving business growth and market expansion across regions.

Earlier, he worked with Ferrero as Regional Sales Manager, and with Britannia Industries Limited as State Head, where he achieved 25% revenue growth and exceeded key performance benchmarks.

He spent over 9 years at ITC Limited, progressing through multiple roles including Manager – Modern Trade, Manager – Foods Division, Category Development Manager, and Area Manager, managing large-scale businesses and driving category growth, modern trade expansion, and revenue performance.

With a proven track record in scaling FMCG businesses, driving revenue growth, and building high-performance teams, Snehashis is well-positioned to lead Jabsons Foods into its next phase of growth.
