Avtar Singh has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ceph Lifesciences Private Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization accelerates its growth in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

In this role, Avtar will lead overall business strategy, operations, market expansion, and organizational growth, driving innovation and strengthening Ceph Lifesciences’ position in the industry.

Avtar brings over four decades of rich leadership experience across chemicals, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors. He has had a long and distinguished association with PUNJAB CHEMICALS AND CROP PROTECTION LIMITED, where he served in multiple leadership roles over 45+ years, including Director – Operations & Business Development for more than two decades, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

He has also served as Joint Managing Director at TRANSPEK INDUSTRY LTD and Managing Director at TML INDUSTRIES LIMITED, leading business strategy, manufacturing operations, and international market growth.

In addition, Avtar continues to contribute at the board level as Independent Director at SCL Lifesciences Limited and Non-Executive Director at Punjab Chemicals, providing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and industry insights.

With a proven track record in business leadership, manufacturing excellence, and strategic growth, Avtar is well-positioned to lead Ceph Lifesciences into its next phase of expansion and innovation.
