Abhishek Patel has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Rapyder Cloud Solutions, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its people and culture agenda.
In this role, Abhishek will lead HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, leadership hiring, employee experience, and culture transformation, supporting Rapyderβs growth and scaling journey in the cloud and digital ecosystem.
Abhishek brings strong experience across banking, consulting, and program management, with a focus on customer experience, training, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President β Priority Banking at Axis Bank, where he led program management, channel strategy, training, and customer experience initiatives over an 8+ year tenure.
Prior to this, he worked as Associate Vice President at TMI Group, contributing to talent strategy and business growth initiatives.
He also held roles as Senior Program Manager at Mahindra Satyam BPO and Senior Manager at GE Money, building strong foundations in operations, program delivery, and people management.
With a proven track record in people leadership, program management, and customer-centric transformation, Abhishek is well-positioned to drive Rapyderβs people strategy and organizational growth.
