Dileepkumar Mukundan has been appointed as Director of Information and Cyber Security at Cyncly, marking a significant leadership milestone in his distinguished career spanning cybersecurity, information security, technology leadership, governance, risk management, and digital transformation.

In this strategic leadership role, Dileepkumar will lead Cyncly's information security strategy, cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, cloud security, and cyber resilience initiatives. He will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's global security posture while enabling secure digital innovation and business growth.

Dileepkumar brings over 25 years of leadership experience across cybersecurity, enterprise IT, cloud security, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), security operations, business continuity, and technology transformation.

Prior to joining Cyncly, he served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at IFTAS - Indian Financial Technology & Allied Services, where he led cybersecurity strategy and security governance for India's financial technology ecosystem.

Earlier, he spent over five years at Manappuram Finance Limited, initially serving as Chief Information Security Officer before being elevated to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). During his tenure, he successfully led enterprise cybersecurity, IT strategy, technology modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Before that, Dileepkumar served as General Manager – IT at IIC Technologies, leading IT strategy, infrastructure management, business continuity, risk management, and information security programs. He also held the role of Head – IT & CISO at IB Group (Indian Agro & Food Industries Ltd.), where he strengthened enterprise IT and cybersecurity capabilities.

With a proven track record in information security leadership, cyber risk management, enterprise technology, governance, and digital resilience, Dileepkumar is exceptionally well-positioned to lead Cyncly's next phase of cybersecurity excellence and secure digital innovation.
