Dinesh Maan has been elevated as Director – ESG at Honeywell, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Dinesh will lead ESG strategy, sustainability initiatives, governance frameworks, and environmental impact programs, driving responsible business practices and long-term value creation.

Dinesh brings nearly 14 years of experience with Honeywell, progressing across multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager – ESG, where he led strategic ESG integration, compliance, and sustainability initiatives, including GHG accounting, ESG reporting, and global disclosures such as CDP and EcoVadis, along with aligning to emerging regulations like EU CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.

Prior to this, he worked as Principal Engineer – Sustainability, focusing on sustainability reporting, regulatory tracking, and corporate responsibility initiatives.

He has also held operational leadership roles as Operations Manager and Team Leader – Operations, managing plant operations, cost optimization, safety transformation, and delivery of innovative sustainable technologies, while driving consistent business growth and efficiency improvements.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a Systems Engineer at Honeywell, managing end-to-end project execution, engineering, and commissioning, contributing significantly to business growth.

He began his career with Sravanthi Infratech Pvt. Ltd and A2Z POWERCOM LIMITED, building strong technical foundations in control & instrumentation and project engineering.

With a proven track record in ESG, sustainability, operations, and compliance, Dinesh is well-positioned to drive Honeywell’s sustainability agenda and long-term impact.
