Dr. Rakesh Setia has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer – Luxury Segment at Runwal Enterprises, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its presence in the premium and luxury real estate market.

In this role, Dr. Setia will lead luxury business strategy, project development, customer experience, and market expansion, driving growth and positioning Runwal Enterprises as a leader in the high-end residential segment. in addition to responsibility for Luxury segment, he will be driving the overall Sales, Marketing and CRM for the group for the entire portfolio.

Dr. Setia most recently served as President – Sales & Marketing at Rustomjee, where he led CXO-level responsibilities across sales, marketing, CRM, and business strategy, driving business transformation, automation, pricing strategy, and growth initiatives.

Prior to this, he worked with Vodafone Idea Limited as Circle Operations Head, where he drove revenue growth, channel management, branding, and customer experience, significantly improving NPS, CSAT, and brand metrics.

He spent over a decade with Idea Cellular Ltd, holding multiple leadership roles including President (Operations) – Circle Business Head, Senior Vice President – Marketing & National VAS Head, and Vice President – Marketing, managing large P&Ls, multi-million subscriber bases, and large-scale teams, while driving digital transformation and revenue growth initiatives.

Earlier, he held leadership roles at Reliance Communications, building strong expertise in sales management, distribution expansion, and market penetration.

With a proven track record in business transformation, revenue growth, and leadership at scale, Dr. Setia is well-positioned to drive Runwal Enterprises’ luxury segment into its next phase of growth and excellence.
