Gautam Yadav has been elevated as Vice President – Operations at Rassense Private Limited, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Gautam will lead operations strategy, process optimization, delivery excellence, and business scalability initiatives, driving efficiency and performance across the organization.

Gautam has been associated with Rassense, most recently serving as AVP – Operations (West), where he led regional operations and contributed to scaling business delivery and operational efficiency.

Prior to this, he served as Operations Manager at Sodexo, where he managed service delivery, SLA adherence, and large-scale operational processes.
He also worked as City Head at Foodts a Kitchens India (Maan Restaurant Pvt Ltd), driving city-level operations and business performance.

Earlier, he held leadership roles at OYO as Head of Operations and General Manager, managing large operational teams and driving growth across regions, and at PappaRoti as Brand General Manager, building expertise in brand operations and business scaling.

With a strong track record in operations leadership, service delivery, and business expansion, Gautam is well-positioned to drive Rassense’s next phase of growth and operational excellence.
