Krishna C. Gidwani has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at ServiceNow, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to accelerate its global growth and innovation agenda.

In this role, Krishna will lead corporate strategy, growth initiatives, market expansion, M&A, and strategic partnerships, supporting ServiceNow’s long-term vision and strengthening its leadership in enterprise digital workflows.

Krishna brings extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and investments across global technology ecosystems. Most recently, he served as VP & Head of Strategy, Corporate Development & Ventures at Pure Storage, where he was a key member of the executive team that helped drive a 3x increase in market cap, leading multiple acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships while shaping the company’s AI, cloud, and data strategies.

Prior to this, he was Global Lead – Growth Equity, Corporate Business Development at Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on M&A, investments, and strategic alliances across global markets.

He also founded Satya Ventures, where he served as Managing Partner, driving investments and acquisitions in tech-enabled services, partnering with leading global investment firms.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Merrill Lynch as Executive Director, working across global markets, private equity, and strategic investments in New York, London, and Mumbai.

With a strong track record in corporate strategy, M&A, and global investments, Krishna is well-positioned to drive ServiceNow’s next phase of strategic growth and innovation.
