Jayshree Rao has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Pinakiin Designs, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its people and culture agenda.

In this role, Jayshree will lead HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, leadership building, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting business growth and fostering a high-performance culture.

Jayshree brings strong experience across HR leadership, corporate HR strategy, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at Global Group, where she led enterprise-wide HR initiatives and people strategy.

Prior to this, she worked with Justo RealFintech Ltd Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager – Corporate HR and Head – HR, driving corporate HR functions, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

She also held the role of Head – Human Resources & Administration at Marvel Realtors, leading HR operations and administrative functions.

Earlier, she served as Director – People & Development at Atmantan Wellness Centre Wellness Resort, focusing on people development, culture building, and employee engagement strategies.

With a proven track record in HR transformation, compliance, and leadership development, Jayshree is well-positioned to drive Pinakiin Designs’ people strategy and organizational growth.
