Kamini Patel has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Corporatemart, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its people and culture agenda.

In this role, Kamini will lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and culture transformation initiatives, driving people excellence and supporting business growth.

Kamini brings diverse experience across HR leadership, talent acquisition, and workforce management. Most recently, she served as Head of HR at Abtik Group of Companies, where she led end-to-end HR functions including staffing, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Prior to this, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., focusing on recruitment and talent sourcing, particularly in IT hiring.

She also held the role of Recruitment Executive at Kalibre Global Outsourced Staffing Solutions, building expertise in staffing and recruitment operations.

Earlier in her career, she worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Titanium Square, gaining foundational experience in administration and business support functions.

With a proven track record in HR operations, talent acquisition, and people management, Kamini is well-positioned to drive CorporateMart’s people strategy and organizational growth.
