Jimit Shah has been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at LIC Housing Finance Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its cybersecurity, digital resilience, and information security framework.

In this role, Jimit will lead enterprise-wide information security strategy, cyber risk management, governance, compliance, and digital security initiatives, focusing on building a secure and resilient technology ecosystem for the organization.

Jimit brings strong experience across cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, and enterprise technology leadership. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at
ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, leading cybersecurity strategy, vulnerability management, governance, and enterprise security initiatives.

Earlier, he worked with IndusInd Bank as Senior Manager – Information Security, strengthening cyber defense and security operations across the banking ecosystem. He also served as Senior Manager at HDB Financial Services Ltd., where he managed information security, governance, and compliance functions for the organization.

Before this, Jimit held a leadership role at Reliance Industries Limited, contributing to enterprise information security and technology risk management initiatives.

With a strong track record in cybersecurity transformation, governance, and digital risk management, Jimit is well-positioned to support LIC Housing Finance Limited’s digital growth and security strategy.
